1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or playing Overhead you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Overhead for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software.
3. User-Generated Content
Firmware scripts and other content you create within Overhead are yours. By sharing content through our community channels (Discord, Reddit, or in-game), you grant other players permission to view and use your shared content for personal gameplay purposes.
4. Community Conduct
When participating in official community channels, you agree to behave respectfully and follow the community rules posted in each channel. We reserve the right to remove users who violate these rules.
5. Availability
Overhead is provided as-is. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Online services, if any, are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overhead and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of Overhead after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
